For the quickest possible refund from CRA, please complete the following forms and have them delivered to out office via fax, email, regular mail or hand delivery:

• Tax Organizer
• Authorizing a Representative
• E-file Consent Form
• Business Consent Form (if applicable)
• Direct Deposit Form (optional)

Please remember to include all slips, medical receipts or a printout from your pharmacy, RRSP information and last year's Notice of Assessment.

Once this processing is complete, you would be notified by phone/email that your personal tax return has been E-filed and your copy is ready to be picked up at your convenience. Refunds are received in approximately 2 weeks from the date it was e-filed.
